Q: Does Maybelline consider a red undertone to be warm or cool?

  • A: The company's AI responses here are worthless. A red undertone is usually the result of something going on UNDER the skin, and is independent of your skin's natural tone. It can make it really difficult trying to find the correct skin products. You can try correcting the red by using a green-tinted concealer over the red. Look at the underside of your arm or other neutral areas that aren't affected by redness to get a better sense of whether your skin tone is warm or cool.

Q: I need your professional advice. I was using dream satin liquid #75 and I absolutely loved it, better than the Estee Lauder which I can no longer afford. I can not find it at my local Walmart or HEB. Would you recommend the one that is compatible to that
