Use the brush wet or dry with your Expert Wear™ Eyeshadow. Sweep the angled tip across shadow and tap off excess. To define your eyes, apply with smooth strokes along your lash line. To fill in your brows, start at inner corner of your brow and work outwards using light, feathery strokes.
